Booking a psychology appointment is simple and confidential. Whether you’re seeking support for the first time or continuing your care, we aim to make the process straightforward and comfortable.
To schedule an appointment, you can contact us by email, or through our online booking system. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive information about your session, including any forms that may need to be completed beforehand.
Appointments are available both in-person and via telehealth. Sessions typically run for 50 minutes. Online bookings are coming soon however in the meantime, please email jessica@thoughtfocus.com.au to schedule your appointment.
Assessment appointments are tailored to each person’s needs and will be discussed during the initial consultation; please email us to discuss assessment bookings and availability.

Thought Focus is a private psychology practice providing assessment and therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults. The practice offers comprehensive assessments for ADHD, learning difficulties, and giftedness, as well as evidence-based therapy for concerns including ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and adjustment difficulties. Thought Focus aims to provide practical, personalised support to help individuals better understand themselves, build effective strategies, and improve wellbeing at home, school, and work. If you’re lucky, Lexi (the unofficial office manager), may be in the office during your appointment!
